  2. Each vendor/exhibitor must arrive at Willow Park between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  3. Each vendor/exhibitor must remain open until at least 5:00 p.m. We will continue to have live music after 5:00 p.m.; vendors/exhibitors may tear down and depart any time between 5:00 p.m. and dusk.
  4. The publicized festival hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All vendors/exhibitors, attendees, and volunteers must be out of the park by dusk. (Around 8:30 p.m.)
  5. Our grounds committee is dedicated to making set up time as effortless and comfortable as possible. Please look for updated instructions regarding setup systems and organization by September 1, 2024.
  6. We may not stake anything into the ground other than tents (stakes must be 6 inches or shorter) unless we have permission from the city. If you have something that you may want to stake, please contact festival@loganpride.org in advance and we’ll try to make it happen.
  7. Vendors/exhibitors must not use an open flame while in Willow Park without permission from the city. If you are a food vendor/exhibitor and need to use an open flame, please contact festival@loganpride.org in advance and we’ll try to help.
  8. The city requires that restroom signage be left uncovered and un-tampered with. These signs are not inclusive, but we are prohibited from changing/covering them. That being said, everyone at the festival may use either restroom regardless of gender identity and expression.
  9. Requests for ADA accommodation are welcome. Please describe any needed accommodations in the comments submitted with your registration form. We are committed to making this year’s festival inclusive to all.
  10. The Pride Festival is about inclusion. Please use inclusive and kind language while at our event. By becoming a vendor/exhibitor at our festival, you are essentially signaling to the community that “you are safe with me.” Please show respect. In the case of conflict please locate the security and police officers that will be onsite. We will announce the presence of security and officers at the beginning of the festival.
  11. If you have any questions or problems onsite, please contact festival@loganpride.org (continuously monitored during the event).
